It's Sunday, which means it's time for the Revolt Week 2 update!
I am feeling great so far. The workouts really add some structure to my day, and I look forward to my workout routine every morning. Although I don't think the routine is the correct word for it, since the work outs change constantly to work on different groups of muscles and to keep you motivated. I can already see and feel the changes in my body already. I lost an inch around my waist. I feel more energized. I feel much stronger. I used to experience pain in my back before, now with all the core exercises I never do anymore. My back is much stronger now, and so are my arms, and legs. And I can feel the muscles that I already even forgot existed!
Here are my pictures after Week 2.
I feel like my belly is getting tighter, and, man, I am trying to work on those push ups, I can only do under 10 at a time, and you have to do 60 total (4 sets of 15)!!!!
So, to all of you, who have not worked out in a while, I implore: it only takes 20-30 min a day to be stronger and to feel better.
1 other accomplishment: I have been really good with staying away from soda!
And haven't had a take out in 3 weeks.
The meal plan with all the recipes for the week really helps out to stay organize and even save money!
